FIBER ART ENTRY FORM

Please read and follow the entry form instructions carefully!

Completing and submitting the entry form and entry fee on-line via the ECQFE website is preferred (https://www.elkhartquiltfiber.org).

Alternately, a completed and printed entry form (with photo and check, payable to the Elkhart County Quilt & Fiber Experience) may be mailed to:

Include 1 photo with the entry form.
- Photos should be 4” x 6”
- Photo shall be a full view
- If entry form is mailed, the photo shall be attached to the upper left corner of the entry form
Complete ALL sections, use one form for each item submitted.
Fiber entry forms are due by May 20,2026.
Entrant determines the category for their entry.
Each entry may only be entered in one category.
No more than two (2) entries per category.

Fiber Art entry must be delivered to the event site on June 2, 2026, between 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Fiber Art entries must be clean and in show condition (no animal hair or odor)
All Fiber Art must be permanently identified on the back.
All Fiber Art must have been made within the last five years.
All Fiber Art pieces must come ready for display, either hanging or on a surface.
All decisions by the viewers are final.
Fiber Art will be displayed at the Elkhart County Quilt & Fiber Experience event in the Community Center on the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds, 17746 CR 34, Goshen, IN on June 4-5, 2026.
All entries must be picked up June 5, 2026, between 5:00-6:30 p.m.! Thank You!
